If your design request relates to multiple dwellings for the same project, please ensure that each dwelling layout drawing clearly identifies the applicable dwelling type and/or plot number.
This section captures the required dwelling and occupancy information needed to complete a design for each unique dwelling type or layout within your project.
If the project consists of a single dwelling, or multiple dwellings that share the same layout, this section only needs to be completed once. However, if the project includes multiple dwellings with different layouts, this section must be completed separately for each unique dwelling type.
To do this, use the ‘Add Additional Dwelling Type’ button at the bottom of the section. For example, if your project is a housing development with 50 homes made up of five different house types, you would need to complete this section five times – once for each layout.
