For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the term “Service” refers to the FireAngel webshop, including all features, functionalities, tools, and content provided through the webshop. The Service encompasses browsing the webshop, purchasing products, initiating returns, accessing customer support, receiving communications from FireAngel, and any other related activities made available via the webshop or associated platforms.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing FireAngel webshop or purchasing products through it, you engages with the “Service” and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of FireAngel webshop, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you may not access the FireAngel webshop or use the Services offered by it. Where these Terms are deemed an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms. The most current version of the Terms of Service is available at any time on this page. FireAngel Technology Ltd reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to the webshop. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page periodically for such changes. Continued use of or access to the webshop following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our webshop is built on WordPress utilising WooCommerce, they provide FireAngel with the online e-commerce platform that allows FireAngel to sell FireAngel products and services to you.
FireAngel Technology Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order placed through FireAngel webshop. At its sole discretion, FireAngel may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, per household, or per order. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, orders using the same payment method, and/or orders sharing the same billing or shipping address. In the event of a change to or cancellation of an order, FireAngel will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the e-mail address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time of order placement. FireAngel further reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or where fraudulent payment activity is suspected.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted through the FireAngel webshop. You are responsible for promptly updating their account details and other relevant information, including but not limited to e-mail addresses, billing information, and payment card details (such as card numbers and expiration dates), to ensure that transactions can be completed and that FireAngel Technology Ltd is able to make necessary contact regarding orders.
The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout page for the entire order of an individual basket.
a. FireAngel aims to dispatch most shipments within three (3) to four (4) calendar days after order confirmation.
b. FireAngel does not provide compensation for delays in delivery
c. Delivery services are not available to customers living in remote areas, Isle of Man, Jersey, or the Channel Islands.
d. Please note that if the parcel cannot be delivered after several days and has to be returned, FireAngel reserve the right to charge you a second delivery charge for re-delivery, should you still wish to receive the product.
e. Delivery times may be extended in the following circumstances:
i) Orders placed during Peak Season or anticipated high-volume events (for example, Black Friday), national holidays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of FireAngel’s control, such as industrial action, traffic disruption, natural disaster or severe winter storm.
ii) Orders including items without sufficient available inventory
iii) Orders for available items placed to mainland UK (excluding highlands and islands), accepted before 8 p.m. Monday – delivery is expected by Thursday but may occur earlier.
iv) Orders for available items to mainland UK (excluding highlands and islands), accepted on Monday after 8 p.m. –delivery is expected by Friday but may occur earlier.
f. If some items in an order have shipped, or have returned to FireAngel before reaching customers, fees for the shipped items will apply. If some items in an order have been shipped, charges for the shipped items will apply. FireAngel doesn’t offer the option to intercept an order after it’s been shipped.
g. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during the order process is complete and accurate FireAngel are not responsible for any delivery failures that result from incorrect information submitted during order creation, and such orders are ineligible for reimbursement.
FireAngel is committed to supporting customers by providing guidance and directing customers to relevant information where appropriate. While FireAngel endeavours to offer accurate and helpful advice, responsibility for compliance with applicable legislation, building regulations, and industry best practices rests solely with the customer. Any advice provided by FireAngel is based exclusively on the information supplied by the customer and is intended only within the framework of applicable United Kingdom laws, regulations, and standards.
Certain fire safety products are subject to legal and/or regulatory requirements for regular inspection, testing, or maintenance. Once you have purchased such products from FireAngel, you are solely responsible for arranging and carrying out any required maintenance in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.
To assist you, FireAngel provides a free reminder service designed to help you track your maintenance schedule. It is your responsibility to correctly set up, manage, and use this service, and to follow all instructions provided. FireAngel does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or continued availability of this service, and it may be withdrawn or suspended at any time without prior notice. Technical issues or communication failures may also prevent reminders or support messages from reaching you.
Accordingly, you remain fully responsible for ensuring that all required maintenance is performed on time, regardless of whether you receive reminder messages. FireAngel accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or failure arising from reliance on this service.
Certain fire safety products require installation by a suitably qualified and competent professional. You are responsible to ensure that installation is carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For example, all mains-powered electrical fire safety equipment must be installed by a certified and competent electrician.
If you discover transport damage after the carrier has departed, you must notify FireAngel immediately. Claims submitted on the same day of delivery will be accepted for review and FireAngel will accept liability where appropriate. Failure to promptly report such damage may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. All claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or missing items within the parcel.
Discrepancies of quantities or product codes need to be reported to FireAngel within five (5) days from delivery. We might be unable to accept liability for any missing items if incorrect quantities are not highlighted within this period.
If your order is not delivered within five (5) days after the estimated delivery date, you may contact FireAngel for such incident with provision of FireAngel webshop order number and details.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Customers have the right to return goods for a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of delivery (exceptions apply, see below).
If a customer notifies FireAngel within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods that the customer wish to cancel, the customer will have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods. FireAngel will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned items.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods, including but not limited to packaging and postage.
When returning goods, items must be placed in their original product packaging and protected within suitable outer packaging. Returns will not be accepted, nor refunds issued, if product boxes are damaged or if courier/return labels are affixed directly to the original product packaging.
All items must be returned in a resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Products must not have been used, installed, or altered in any way. For example, electrical equipment must not have been powered on, alarms must not have been activated, and products must not have been installed.
Should items not be returned in the original packaging or in a re-sellable condition then FireAngel shall reduce the value of the refund. The items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of cancellation. Upon return, FireAngel will refund the sales price (considering the above limitations) and initial postage within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. FireAngel reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned goods before approving any refund.
If you do not require the ordered goods at the point of delivery and you refuse the delivery for this reason, FireAngel can deduct the cost for the return shipment from your refund.

FireAngel Technology Ltd is committed to providing products of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In the event that a product is found to be faulty, customers may notify FireAngel to request a resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Customers must report any complaints regarding faulty products within thirty (30) days of taking ownership of the product, which is defined as the later of the purchase date or the date of delivery. FireAngel will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) working days and will provide an estimated timeframe for resolution. FireAngel will work with the customer to agree on corrective actions and will maintain records of the agreed resolution in its customer database to ensure continuity of communication if further follow-up is required.

Covered by our warranties are:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use
Product defects resulting from manufacturer’s design errors
Excluded:
a. Damages resulting from the incorrect handling of a product
b. Defects due to a lack of maintenance
c. Consumables
d. Repairs or modifications carried out by the customer or third parties
e. Defects caused by fire or smoke
f. Installation in an unsuitable location
g. Excluded is any consequential damage caused by the products or their malfunction
h. Products which were installed outside the UK
We will not cover the cost of installation of replacement components supplied as replacements under this warranty.
To make a claim, please contact FireAngel with the order number of FireAngel webshop purchase, the product batch number and inform FireAngel about the defect. We will discuss the case with you and will agree on a solution for you. You might be asked to provide photos before we can establish the best way forward.

If a fault is found, FireAngel will, at its discretion, replace the unit with a new one, or a similar alternative if the original model is unavailable.
Should FireAngel ask for a product back for further analysis or repair, FireAngel will arrange and pay for the transport and the subsequent return.
Should a product be returned to FireAngel without being defective, we will return the unit to the customer at cost.
We offer a range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, Google Pay, Stripe and PayPal.
We never store your payment card data on our own servers. All our web based credit/debit card transactions are handled by Stripe, the market leader in secure online transactions. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and has been awarded the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL) and card numbers are encrypted with AES-256, with keys stored on separate servers.
Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a “cardholder not present” environment by their card issuers. The card issuer provides the right for a shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Private households can therefore dispose of their FireAngel electronic and electrical fire safety waste at their municipal recycling centre when they purchase new products from FireAngel.
