A: We endeavour to have your design completed within 5 working days however this may change due to workload. This time scale is based on your submission holding all of the information we require to complete the design. In instances where we need to liaise with you to obtain additional information and clarity and/or we are experiencing a high volume of design requests, the timeframes in these cases may be extended.
A: We understand that most residential developments and/or refurbishments will include a number of differing property types / layouts. You can upload numerous property types / layouts within the same design request. We advise that you submit a single design request per project.
A: No. The design service is only valid when the specified products are used. Substituting products from another manufacturer will invalidate the design, associated insurance and any certification making a declaration of conformity by our design partner Rely on Fire Check to BS 5839-6 and/or BAFE DS301.
